As stated previously on the main page, this was constructed by Bettabilt Services Ltd. Back in 1986, the property was once an old stone house in the village of Armou. Upon renovation, the house is now standing in its fully glory preserving history as a renovated old stone house.
To begin with, the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, tiled floors, and gorgeous wooden beams on the ceilings. The bathrooms are tiled with cream and beige ceramics and the finishing is just beautiful.
The kitchen was built with ease of movement in mind and easy streamlined cooking and preparation. The units are made of wood and are white with silver handles. There are spaces to easily fit in a washing machine, fridge and a dishwasher.
The lounge/dining area is large and spacious and in the lounge area, a stone featured fireplace takes place at one end and is a focal point of the room whereas in the dining area, the second focal point is the ceiling wooden beam decorations.
Exiting through the large windows with wooden frames, one will immediately stand in a pretty garden. The paths are decorated prettily with little stones and there is a stairwell which curves upwards reaching a roof garden. The gardens are fully matured and landscaped with a few benches dotted here and there for those whom would like to admire the gardens. From the gardens, there are fantastic views of Paphos and the Mediterranean Sea.
Other features include a single air conditioning unit, satellite provision and solar panels.
