Based in the village of Kathikas which was completely restored to retain its traditional Cypriot characters under the influence of the Laona Foundation, this property boasts a high standard of re-construction.

The traditional stone house consists of the two areas which are top level and lower levels:

Top level: Two bedrooms and one shower room and a patio with balcony.

Lower level: Living room and dining room with fire place and wooden beams on the ceiling through an arch to a separate kitchen and cloakroom.

There are unobstructed views of the valley and countryside and there is parking space. The boundary walls are built with stone and decorated with tiles and have entrance gates.
