This house was bought many years ago and was in a bad condition. Upon renovation, this old stone renovated house now stands proudly in the quaint and quiet village of Kili. The total plot size is approximately 162.3m² large and the courtyard is 83.5m² large. The house itself has a total covered area size of 130m² based on the fact that it has two floors.
The original part of the traditional stone house is on the lower level. The upper level was added later on and is the newest part of the house. Only on the ground floor, the windows are not double glazed and they are double glazed upstairs with respect to the fact that upstairs, the rooms are newer.
Throughout the refurbishment, stylish tiles and fittings were installed. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The lounge, kitchen and wet room are on the ground level. The lounge itself has a 'living flame' gas fire. The kitchen was recently updated and is absolutely modern and contemporary with a 5 burner cooker, cupboards with 'roll out drawers', washing machine and a new fridge/freezer. The wet room is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
The courtyard outside has been beautifully paved with flagstones and is enclosed by 1-1/2metre high walls to give the home owner total privacy. There are a few trees planted and dotted around the courtyard. There is also ample space to eat and drink at a table outside and enjoy the warm sunshine. You can also hang up your laundry on the washing line also fitted in the courtyard.
There are wonderful views of the countryside. During spring, the valleys are alive with green foliage and grass. If you look carefully, you can see the Troodos mountains in the distance.
This property has full title deeds and the property qualifies for 340 euros per year for heating allowance.
