The
price of your visit includes your return flights, airport transfers,
travel insurance and hotel accommodation. The duration of the inspection
trip varies from 3 to 4 days with arrival at either Pafos or Larnaca
International airports. Trips are normally organized Friday to Monday.
Due to their popularity, Bettabilt Homes operates Inspection Trips regularly
to suit your schedule.
Bookings
To
book your inspection trip, simply complete the booking form. You will
then be contacted by our representative to advise you of the details
of your itinerary.
Participation
Fees
Upon
qualification for an inspection trip, there will be a non refundable
participation fee of €200.00 (Euros) per person is charged for the inspection
trips. This amount is a contribution to the Inspection Trips overall
cost which is subsidised by Bettabilt Homes. The trip is subject to
availability and agreement to the terms and conditions below.
Terms
and conditions
Inspection
trips are designed to assist you in selecting a suitable property in
Cyprus. Bettabilt Homes is pleased to subsidise your visit without any
obligation or undue pressure to purchase. However, whilst you are under
no obligation to purchase, we would point out that you are under obligation
to view properties with a company representative for the duration of
your visit. Clients who fail to adhere to the terms and conditions of
the inspection trip to Cyprus for any other reason, will be held in
breach of terms and conditions and will then be required to pay the
full cost of the inspection trip from the credit card provided at the
time of reservation. Furthermore, our representative will be returned
to other duties. Clients cancelling a visit prior to departure without
an insurable reason will be required to pay the full cost of the visit
to Cyprus. Where an insurable reason for non-travel is provided and
covered by a doctor’s certificate, then these charges may be covered
by your private travel insurance. Please complete the booking &
qualification forms and tick as acceptance of the terms and conditions
outlined and as confirmation that none of the persons are travelling
against medical advise. |
